The Scientific Method, Problem Resolution and its Training in Engineering Careers

Abstract

A methodological variant is suggested to develop General Physics problem solving classes in Engineering careers, which has as its basic idea: to favor the understanding and application of the logic of the scientific method from the perspective of the G. Pólya approach to face and solve those problems. As an illustrative example, a Mechanics problem solved using these criteria is shown.
