Synthesis and Characterization of Lead Sulfide Thin Films by Ionic Erosion at Room Temperature
Abstract
Nanostructured PbS thin films were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature by radio frequency sputtering technique. XRF analysis confirm the presence of Pb and S elements. Through atomic force microscopy (AFM) it was proved that the films present a nanostructured growth, with particle size between 10 and 20 nm. The crystallite size was calculated by the Williamson-Hall method.
